Hardman Peck & Co Petite Grand

Hardman Peck & Co Petite Grand

Typically if you are looking into buying a grand piano, you are prepared to have it take up a significant amount of space. Unless, you chose this grand. Measuring 4’8 it is one of the smallest sized grands being manufactured.

Many piano companies have their claim to fame. A few notable facts of the Hardman history is that it was once the official piano of the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Also, Hugh Hardman, who established the company in the late 1800’s was very respected worldwide for the reliability of his pianos. The pianos were well known for their “purity” in terms of tone. This is interesting because the clear, crisp, bell-like tone produced by upper octaves still reflect that statement.
